  1. In a bowl put chicken.
  2. Then add salt,black pepper and soya and half egg.
  3. Then add 1 tsp maida and 1tsp corn flour and mix well.
  4. After 30 min fry marinated chicken one by one in hot oil.
  5. In a separate pan heatup 2 to 3tbsp oil then add chopped garlic and after saute garlic.
  6. Add single fry chicken and add mustard powder halftsp black pepper and 1 tsp soya sauce and salt.
  7. Then add chicken stock half cup.
  8. Corn flour mix in water and add in it for thick gravy.
  9. All veggies saute in a separate pan and add in it then add baby corn too.
  10. FOR RICE:In a pan put oil and add whisked 2 eggs on it.
  11. And fry then add all veggies and add salt peppers and soya sauce.
  12. Mix well and add boiled rice.
  13. Then add 5 to 6 tbsp of chicken stock in it and mix it.
  14. Cover the pan in low flame.

I try very hard when I am making a roast to ensure there is lots left over…and a leftovers. Thai fried rice gets it's unique flavor from the fish sauce, soy sauce and chili peppers. The jasmine rice is a must! I added broccoli, mushroom and carrot for extra fiber and veggies. Also used chicken quorn pieces instead of real chicken.
