- Prepare 1/3 cup of chilli powder.
- Prepare 2 teaspoon of paprika.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of salt.
- You need 1 teaspoon of cumin.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of ginger.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of basil.
- It's 1/4 cup of parsley.
- It's 1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce.
- Prepare 2 tablespoons of garlic powder.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce.
- It's 2 cups of rice.

- Wash & soak your beans over night. (if u actually use dry beans).
- Dice veggies.

Turning & starring here & there, insuring no burning or sticking is taking place. I simmer mines for nearly 4-5 hours.
